NASCAR race car drivers have quite contrasting personalities. This was evident from an incident that happened right after the Kansas Speedway race finished. An on-track contact triggered a fistfight between Ross Chastain and Noah Gragson. While fans enjoyed the drama that ensued, the latter recently revealed his witty side.
The Cup Series season for the Legacy Motor Club driver might not have been fruitful, but he has certainly shown talent over the years. Moreover, Gragson’s brawl with Chastain has certainly put the spotlight on him.
Noah Gragson surprises the NASCAR world
While NASCAR fans were still talking about the Kansas brawl, Noah Gragson surprises them by showing a different side of his personality. Earlier, fans saw how Gragson instigated Chastain that had him on the receiving end of a punch, but this time, he showed them something unexpected. Gragson recently put a cute chubby baby’s picture on his Instagram story.
It came as a surprise to many that the angry young man can be adorable too. Gragson actually signed the baby’s forehead as seen in the picture. In his story, he wrote, “Signed a baby today.” It looks like it is a one-of-a-kind autograph for the driver, and it might have taken him by surprise for receiving such a request from a fan.

Tyler Reddick feels Gragson should have got an equal chance with Ross Chastain
While the tussle between the two drivers after the Kansas race gave fans the spice they needed, it also raised some concerns. Fans now wonder how Gragson and Chastain would interact in races going forward. It is anticipated that the incident between the two would have been worse if security had not intervened. Though it grabbed all the attention, it was Tyler Reddick who felt differently about the situation.
In an interview, he stated, “It’s kind of a bummer that it was broken up. If you’re going to break it up really early, break it up as soon as Noah puts his hand on Ross. Don’t wait for someone to throw the first punch. Then the guy that gets hit or missed by that first punch doesn’t have a chance to throw one back.” Reddick does make an interesting point. Either such a situation should be prevented before punches get thrown or the receiver should get a chance to respond back too.
