The Minnesota Vikings are the surprise team of the season. While they extended their record to 9-2, their latest exploits saw them host the New England Patriots on Thanksgiving day. And even though the Vikes have been often on the losing side of this match-up, the festive occasion brought a gift for the fans. They saw the team defeat the Patriots for the first time since 2000. However, it seems like the fans spotted New England head coach Bill Belichick give Vikings’ wide receiver Adam Thielen a cold shoulder after the match.
When the close game came to an end, both teams entered the field to offer post-game decencies to each other. However, when 6-time Super Bowl-winning HC Belichick came across Adam Thielen, he was not so welcoming of the player. One may think that this is nothing new for Bill. And he would be well supported in this argument. On the other hand, there is also a history between the two individuals.

In 2018, when the Patriots last faced off against the Vikings. The referees and other players had to step in and stop a verbal spat between the two parties mentioned above. On a 4th and inches play in the 4th quarter of the game, the Vikes were in possession of the ball and had run it successfully to get the first down. However, when Thielen saw a player go down after looking at the sidelines to his coaches, the patriots challenged the play. The WR went complaining to the ref, calling the opposition’s HC a cheater. And after Bill told the player to ‘shut the F*ck up’, all hell broke loose.
