‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ made a boxing comeback in 2021 to fight former world champion Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition fight. The latter retired from the sport in 2018, while Tyson had long lost his practice of getting inside the ring. Furthermore, Tyson also had to lose a considerable amount of weight for the fight.

Tyson stated, “I would just stop all the sugary drinks, sugar, juices, and all that stuff, stick with the water, the tea, mostly warm water, ‘cause warm water burns fat, cold water adds to fat. And so I would just tell ‘em, eat everything that’s fat, like seafood, well, most seafood is fat burning.”

Moreover, Tyson shared that the best way to do something is through examining it first. He further explained watching videos on YouTube would help in the investigation. ‘The Kid Dynamite’ even shared some tips on how to stay healthy and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
